The past week was a mixture of rain and sunshine. No complaints, just enjoyed the days whatever weather! The early morning temperatures hovered near freezing, but rallied during the afternoon to reach the 70+ degree (F or 21 or so C) mark. A good time for rambling with the camera and enjoying a little sunshine.

Hi Susan! I was playing the same Beatles' song just a little while ago. I enjoyed your warm sunny blue skies! Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteLove that song! Thanks for your visit!
DeleteAll those pretty blues, yellows and pinks! Thanks for reminding me that it really will be spring one day.
ReplyDeleteYes...It will!

Yes...will be happy when it comes to stay!
DeleteHi Susan,
ReplyDeleteWell, your post really put a smile on my face for its gorgeous, bright pretties by the window, a strand of budding weeping willow, which was my absolute favourite tree as a little girl, and of course for the cloudy concoctions in those spectacular skies!
Have a wonderful whimsy of a week!
Poppy
The weeping willow is a favorite for me, too. The sky had been lovely, but cold and rain are still making an appearance here!
DeleteLooks like a Spring is on it's way with so many pretty flowers and blue sky's.
ReplyDeleteHere and there we will have pretty days then cold and rain...waiting on the calendar to say springtime is here!
DeleteLove your cheerful post and sunny windowsill!
ReplyDeleteHappy week ahead!

Somehow those little blue bottles filled with bright flowers make doing dishes a bit easier!
DeleteSusan, you are so lucky! We still have snow in Virginia. I am hoping once spring is allowed to come, everything will come up all at once and we will have an instant display of colors! (Or do I want plants and flowers to come out slowly?)
ReplyDeleteChrista...yours will come and be magnificent!
DeleteOh, I love your flowers...how beautiful!! I'm so looking forward to seeing these kind of flowers in our yards! smile....
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Gert
Gert...the daffodils have been so pretty this year. My granddaughter helped me plant them when she was small. She turned 16 on Sunday. I told her they made a brilliant show just for her special birthday! Thanks for stopping in!
DeleteBeautiful photos, Susan. And thanks for the link to listen to one of my favorite Beatles songs and also the little history lesson too. I hope you are having a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Deb. Always a Beatles fan!
DeleteGorgeous pictures Susan, and I love your blog page - all the lovely quotes and the old photos, etc. Glad I landed here! xCathy
ReplyDeleteThanks, Cathy...come back to visit!
DeleteThe sun has come and gone – this Sunday as I write this it is raining quite a lot, but it is good for the plants!
ReplyDeleteYes, here too. A rainy beginning to the week, but gave way to sunshine...happy to see it!
DeleteBeautiful sunlit photos! It is nice to see some signs of spring in your neighbourhood. Thank you for visiting. Pamela
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pamela! The cold mornings are still here, but our world is turning into a lovely, colorful place! Appreciate you stopping by.
