I bet you have magnificent Rhodys, azaleas & camellias, don't you? In a month when we have peonies in full bloom here, I'll send you some photos.
Happy Spring!
Diane in Rainy Day DenverAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034763117384760288.post-51131501198399374522015-05-05T09:09:52.938-04:002015-05-05T09:09:52.938-04:00They are just gorgeous photos and mosaics. She always had them growing on either side of the sidewalk in the front yard and as a girl, I would always remember picking them and bringing them in for bouquets...ants and all! Yes, they are the most beautiful, fresh scented flowers of spring, are they not? I can feel your excitement over these gorgeous petals, something I have felt ever since I was a little girl growing up in Toronto Canada. In a few days, I, too, will be able to breathe in their sweet fragrance, and feast my eyes on their loveliness, as I will be in Ontario, just in time for their debut, most probably in late May or early June, according to how they've been developing over this very cold, long winter!

CONGRATS! They're exquisite!

PoppyPoppyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08980323586402386609noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034763117384760288.post-69715071043580395362015-05-04T23:18:26.364-04:002015-05-04T23:18:26.364-04:00Are these all your peonies? They usually like the dormant period we have over winter here in the north (Ontario) but if you've mastered a plant to produce, enjoy them in the garden and in your grandmother's bud vase. There's hope for others now...:-)
Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday.Judith @ Lavender Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16361061491506137380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034763117384760288.post-57931715701544812782015-05-04T20:46:56.066-04:002015-05-04T20:46:56.066-04:00Oh Susan, I was so happy when I saw your name.
